VFX
The Motortronic VFX is a general-purpose AC drive that applies high-performance vector control technology, providing stable motor start/stop, as well as precise speed and torque control across a wide range of industrial equipment. It can handle a wide range of operating conditions, from general industrial equipment to cranes and high-precision motion applications.
Through precise speed and torque control, it supports stable operation even in equipment with large load variations, and by utilizing brake control and encoder feedback, it can enhance safety and control performance even in complex applications such as cranes. In addition, various options such as communication, motor protection, and Safe Stop allow functionality to be expanded to meet the equipment’s requirements.
Through accessories and optional functions, up to four options can be combined, allowing configuration to suit a wide range of equipment conditions—from communication methods and motor protection functions to regenerative braking, braking, and cooling methods. Available in IP20/21 and IP54 versions, the liquid cooling option enhances space efficiency and ease of maintenance for large-scale facilities.

Crane control
The dedicated crane I/O option enables efficient control of hoists and traveling equipment, and activates mechanical brakes when hazardous loads are detected to support safe operation.
High-Speed Braking

Short braking time and continuous braking are achieved through brake choppers and braking resistor, while the HTL/TTL encoder provides more precise speed control.
Various communication
and protection features
It supports a wide range of communication protocols such as Profibus, DeviceNet, CANopen, Modbus/TCP, EtherCAT, and Profinet, and it enables motor temperature monitoring and protection through the PTC/PT100.
Expandable options and cooling
You can expand functionality by combining up to four options, and options such as liquid cooling, EMC filters, and 12-pulse rectifiers enable it to meet a wide range of facility environments and requirements.
The FDU is an AC drive optimized for fluid control applications such as pumps, fans, and compressors, providing efficient motor operation and stable process control through precise speed control tailored to load characteristics.
In particular, multiple pumps or compressors can be controlled by a single drive system, allowing up to seven pumps or compressors to be managed without a separate PLC or additional control equipment. Through this, system configuration can be simplified, and the efficiency and convenience of equipment operation can be improved.
It also supports a variety of communication and motor protection options, and through features such as harmonic suppression via a 12-pulse rectifier, liquid cooling, and an EMC filter, it enables flexible system configurations tailored to power quality and installation environments. The IP21 Top Cover option enables it to be adapted for wall-mounted installations in electrical rooms.

By connecting up to three I/O boards, you can control up to seven pumps or compressors without a PLC or additional equipment.

It supports a wide range of communication protocols such as Profibus, DeviceNet, CANopen, Modbus/TCP, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, and Profinet, while enabling motor temperature monitoring and protection via PTC/PT100 sensors.
Harmonic Reduction
and EMC Protection
It mitigates harmonic current distortion and reduces power loss in transformers and cables through a 12-pulse rectifier, while the C2-grade EMC filter option helps minimize electromagnetic interference.
Expandable Options and Liquid Cooling
Functionality can be expanded to meet various equipment requirements by combining multiple options. Additionally, the liquid cooling option for products rated at 90 A and above enables cabinet configurations with high protection ratings, reducing operating and maintenance costs.
